This is a web application designed to create a seamless performance review experience for HR and help employees achieve their goals and growth.
Problem Statement
During the performance evaluation process, the amount of time HR spends on tracking review progress, collating performance reviews, and scheduling review meetings, rather than contributing to the evaluation of reviews and personal development.
Objectives
From the list of stakeholder needs and requirements, I ultimately came up with the solutions for Instrument company's administration.
Solution
Create an clear, consistent, and structured employee assessment system integrating performance review, which helps HR to keep track of the review progress and send reminders.
In order to helps leaders digest content with ease and focus on what stands out, HR can easily notate the key point and highlight text using tags.
HR can easily schedule one-on-one meetings to prompt meaningful coversations, which drive follow-ups and give the individual a more holistic perspective.
Competitors study
Conducting competitive research helps me analyze and monitor the strengths and weaknesses of competitors in various aspects, and find out a better experience for HR during the performance evaluation process.
Design Iteration
Use case 1
As a HR, I want to improve the efficiency of tracking the individual performance review progress and sending reminders before the due date, so that I'm able to pay more attention to the evaluation of reviews.
Use Case 2
As an HR, I want to notate the key point and highlight text using tags, so that helps leaders digest content with ease and focus on what stands out.
